Retro Kids new video

The colorful 80's inspired crew comprised of high school friends Joeski, Sur Fresh Alot, Kool Kid, First Lady, Lucky a.k.a Gumby, Ill Will, J.Smooth and SkyTell. These flashback artist are signed to to the new label, BROBOT, started by Aahmek Richards, producer Bryce Wilson and DJ/producer Junior Sanchez. Brobot may have a good look right here, since fashion runs in 20 year cycles. I would say that it is time for the 80's to be in style plus I like the play on 08-80! Does this mean that Next year in 09 we will dress like the 90's again? You know name plates, big chains, obsession with Jordans; Oh wait we are doing that now! So did Hip Hop really changed their styles or repeating it over and over again? I will have to say--Repeat! Yes, there are a few designers and hip hop artists who are alternative in their look; Pharell, Will.i.am, Common, Kanye West, and Andre 3000. Otherwise eveything is repeating itself. Don't get me wrong, I love Hip hop but I am still waiting for a change. I am crossing my fingers that the upper crest yacht inspired outfits do not sneek there way back into Hip Hop's graces.
