Yes, this is BC Jean song. Apparently Beyonce and her father brought the song from BC Jean. Personally I like the BC jean version a lot better. It seems more truthful to me than the Beyonce version. Don't feel bad for BC though, she is getting paid for Beyonce's use for the song! According to Mediatakeout.com, BC gets paid every time Beyonce sings that song! I wonder how much moolah BC gets. I would love to see Beyonce write her own song for once. I know she wrote some of her earlier hits but recently, she not writing at all. Neyo wrote "Irreplaceable and now BC Jean wrote If I was a boy, what happen to B creativity!
